You can also book through our partner marketplaces (Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.). Some services have instant confirmation, while others require manual confirmation (“On Request”).
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfer. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Yes, you will automatically receive a payment confirmation by email. You can request an invoice by writing to: finance@luxtaly.com 

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

• Up to 7 days before: full refund.
• From 7 to 3 days before: 50% penalty.
• Within 72 hours or no-show: no refund.

In case of adverse weather, safety issues, or supplier unavailability, each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We will always propose the best solution between an equivalent alternative or a full/partial refund.

Are experiences customizable?

Yes, we can adapt itineraries, schedules, tastings, or activities to your preferences. For special requests, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp.

Yes. Upon request, we can include reductions for children, car seats, and family-oriented activities.

What happens if my flight or train is delayed?

Our drivers monitor arrivals in real time. In case of delays, the service will be rescheduled depending on availability.

How can I access B2B reserved rates?

After contacting us via email, we will provide you with a personal discount code to apply at checkout on our website.
This ensures you always access dedicated net prices (5–10% discount).

Yes, you can offer our services to your clients at the final price you deem appropriate, keeping the difference as your margin.
However, we recommend not applying excessive markups, especially on shared experiences, to avoid unpleasant situations if clients compare prices among themselves.

Yes, we provide PDF sheets without logo (white label) and LuxTaly-branded brochures that you can share with your clients.

Initially, advance payment is required. For consolidated partners, we can agree on personalized conditions (post-service or monthly payments).
