General Information

LuxTaly (AGK SRL), with registered office in Via Redipuglia 13/A, CAP 00054 – Fiumicino (RM), P.IVA 17703511000, PEC: agksrl2024@legalmail.it, Unique Code: KRRH6B9, is a tour operator specializing in tailor-made trips and experiences in Italy.

Applicability & Contract Formation

These Terms govern the services offered through the website or through partner platforms (Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.). The contractual relationship is considered concluded upon confirmation of the booking. In the case of a personalized itinerary, we will first send a written proposal (with prices, conditions, and required deposit); the contract arises upon payment thereof.

Services & Partner Obligations

LuxTaly relies on selected local suppliers (accommodations, guides, restaurants) whose services it coordinates, without directly assuming responsibility, except in cases of gross negligence.

Itinerary Design Fee

For personalized itineraries, we may apply an Itinerary Design Fee (e.g., €50 per person), unless otherwise specified. For bookings over €10,000, this fee may be counted in the final balance.

Booking & Payments

Deposit: usually 25% (unless otherwise indicated). The balance is generally required within 40 days from the start date of the service, unless different conditions apply.

Currency: Euro. Payments via Stripe or bank transfer. Any exchange rate differences applied by the bank will be borne by the client.

Failure to pay the balance: implies the loss of the deposit and the automatic cancellation of the contract.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Up to 7 days before: full refund.
  • From 7 to 3 days before: 50% penalty.
  • Within 72 hours or no-show: 100% penalty.

In case of necessary changes by LuxTaly (for safety, weather, suppliers), each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis: we may propose an equivalent alternative or a total/partial refund.

  1. Modifications by the Client

Any modifications after confirmation may incur additional costs and alter the quality of the services.

  1. Client Responsibilities

The client is required to:

  • verify all itinerary details and report errors promptly;
  • communicate special needs (allergies, extra luggage, etc.);
  • have valid travel documents and inquire about the requirements for Italy or connected destinations.
  1. Liability & Insurance

LuxTaly acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, strikes, natural events, or failures of third parties. Personal insurance coverage is recommended.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by Italian law. Competent court: Rome.

  1. Data Protection & Privacy

Pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR, personal data is processed for booking, communication, and assistance purposes. Privacy and cookie policy compliant with EU regulations, available on our website. Cookies are used to improve user experience; any changes will be promptly communicated.
